Hi! I'm Dr. Michelle Majors and here's a little bit about my story.

For years, I told myself I could push through. That exhaustion was just part of the work. But in March 2025, my body called my bluff.

Panic attacks came in waves. Sleepless nights stretched into weeks. The brain fog was so heavy I feared I was losing myself. And underneath it all, I was pretending—lying to myself. Pretending I was happy. Pretending my marriage was more than a legal tie to someone I didn’t even like. Pretending I was “successful,” when I was really just making money without the freedom to actually live. I realized that money alone isn’t success—money plus freedom is. And this lie was killing me from the inside out.

Then came the breaking point. After losing all but one of my clients in 2025, I was given a gift: stillness. Time to see my life for what it truly was. I began to slow down—not because I wanted to, but because I had no choice. In that slowing, I found something I didn’t know I was missing: quiet that held me, softness I didn’t have to earn, and space that reminded me I was more than my productivity.

I realized how many women are living the same story—running on empty, waiting for “someday” to rest. Rohorest exists so you don’t have to wait for your own breaking point.

Today, I hold space for rest through intimate retreats, guided circles, the Roho Rest Hour podcast, and one-on-one guidance.

And there’s one more piece. For years, I dreamed of an island home—Belize was calling me. I vision-boarded, journaled, meditated on it. I wanted a place where I could just be—away from the noise and the rush, close to the sea and the sky. In 2025, I took the leap and made San Pedro my home. As Madonna calls it in her song, it really is La Isla Bonita. Here, the days move slower, the ocean greets me each morning, and the air itself seems to breathe with me. Now, this home holds not just my rest, but the rest of every woman who joins me.

Bringing Rest to Work.

In every part of my work—whether in deep one-on-one support & guidance, speaking to rooms ready for change, or hosting the Roho Rest Hour podcast—rest is the thread that ties it all together.

I COACH

Whether through long-term guidance or a weekend intensive in Belize, I create deeply personal spaces for truth-telling, clarity, and rest. Together, we slow down, untangle what’s been heavy, and make room for what’s next.

I SPEAK

From keynotes to immersive seminars, I bring the conversation about rest, resilience, and honest leadership into rooms that need it most. My talks blend storytelling, insight, and practical tools that move audiences toward meaningful change.

I PODCAST

Through the RohoRest Hour and as a guest on other shows, I share stories, reflections, and conversations that invite listeners to pause, breathe, and reimagine success on their own terms—no hustle required.
